Requesting a leave of absence
If you are needing to take an unavoidable leave of absence for your child - please complete this form for leave of absence which will be sent to Mrs Adcock our Trust Attendance Manager, who will respond at her earliest convenience.

Please note that from August 2024 the rules are changing. Please see the attachment and the photo on this page giving you the information. This change in rule is from the Local Authority and as a school we have no say over this.
